Founder & Chief Operating OfficerWith two decades of setting up and managing service operations at Citi and Stanchart, and fast-scaling micro-finance start-ups like Fino, Gaurav brings a unique ability to execute alongside the frontline as well as architect strategic solutions. He is an Engineering grad from Manipal and MBA from FMS Delhi.

Founder & Chief Care OfficerAn IIT Kanpur and IIM Calcutta alum, an Industry Scholar at CIHF, Cornell University, Asheesh was a management consultant at McKinsey & Company's India & European offices and then a Media and Education entrepreneur.
